We at AAC Labs make quality our number one priority. We constantly strive for the highest quality of research and analytical data possible for our customers. The following is a number of major programs we developed over the years to achieve this standard.
- Our management team members are fully committed to a total quality system. Annual reviews, routine laboratory audits, corrective actions, and proper resource distribution are a few of the examples we program into our routine quality effort.
- We emphasize the total quality management process that covers corporate employee-training programs, instrument calibration, record retention and security, method development and validation, standard analytical methods, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- We use our Nautilus Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to automate our sample tracking, testing, and reporting. This system allows us to achieve full sample accountability and traceability.
- Our quality documentation platform provides us with tools for documentation management and security measure.
- We respond immediately to questionable data, out-of-specification occurrences, equipment malfunctions, and other types of laboratory problems with an investigation and applicable corrective action; we document these activities and the reasons for the decisions made.
- We routinely perform equipment calibration and test Quality Control samples to ensure that each analytical system works to its expected optimum operating condition.
- We provide analytical reports according to customers’ requests. All reports are carefully reviewed by at least two persons to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- We use our documentation control system to track the revision and update of our quality manual, standard methods, SOPs, and protocols.
